Delivery, booking and policies

• We work to a planned van route. Final ETA sent one week before booking. 🚚
• Once set up, equipment cannot be moved.
• Outdoor hires unavailable from 1st October to 1st March—indoor hires only during this period.
• Outdoor hires subject to risk assessment and weather conditions; cancellations follow our weather policy.
